Gda\u0144sk University of Technology (PG) for the next five years will cooperate with the American University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in educating students and doctoral students and conducting joint research.<\/b><\/p>\n
The agreement includes the possibility of cooperation in the field of training students of master’s studies in the field of biomedical engineering (master of bioengineering program) and doctoral students, as well as joint implementation of scientific grants in the field of bioengineering, but also bioinformatics, biostatistics, materials and medical chemistry, chemical engineering, biomechanics, applied physics and others.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe partnership with such a recognized university as the University of Illinois confirms that the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology means more and more on the international map of science. I am convinced that our cooperation will be broad and effective, and that the academic communities of both universities will benefit from it\u201d says the\u00a0 rector, Prof. Krzysztof Wilde.<\/span><\/p>\n
