The University of Gda\u0144sk is currently the 16th university in Poland, and the 6th in the ranking of universities.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe progress of UG in this ranking is of course a reason to be happy, but above all it is a confirmation that we are on the right path of development. Let me remind you that when I took the office of the rector, the university was classified in 28th place, so within two years it was promoted by as many as 12 places and today it is the best position in the history of the University of Gda\u0144sk in the Perspektywy Ranking\u201d, says the rector, Prof. Piotr Stepnowski.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Ranking of Academic Universities includes 29 indicators grouped into seven criteria: Prestige, Graduates on the labor market, Scientific potential, Innovation, Scientific effectiveness, Educational conditions and Internationalization.
