Thermoplastic composites printed in 3D technology can be used in electronics, automotive and construction.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main goal of the project is to find innovative, environmentally friendly and cost-effective methods of recycling rubber by transforming waste into materials with higher added value. For this purpose, scientists modify shredded rubber waste to optimize the electrical properties of the obtained samples and obtain their increased fire resistance and adapt them to 3D printing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is carried out in cooperation with scientists from Spain and France: with Prof. Xavier Colom from the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya and Dr Henrim Vahabim from the University of Lorraine.
