{"id":223273,"date":"2022-06-15T11:21:07","date_gmt":"2022-06-15T09:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=223273"},"modified":"2022-06-15T11:21:07","modified_gmt":"2022-06-15T09:21:07","slug":"scientist-from-poznan-studies-the-possible-border-between-geological-epochs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/scientist-from-poznan-studies-the-possible-border-between-geological-epochs\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientist from Pozna\u0144 studies the possible border between geological epochs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Dr Barbara Fia\u0142kiewicz-Kozie\u0142 from the Faculty of Geological and Geological Sciences at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Pozna\u0144 conducts research on the bog &#8220;Na R\u00f3wni pod \u015anie\u017ck\u0105&#8221;, in cooperation with the University of Silesia, the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow, as well as specialists from Argentina and Great Britain.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is one of 12 sites that scientists selected during the Anthropocene Working Group (AWG) forum as a possible border between geological epochs: the ongoing Holocene and the new &#8211; the Anthropocene.
