The research is financed under the AFRIPAL project financed by the Opus program of the National Science Center.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the researchers, a comprehensive understanding of ancient history, including the history of cities such as Mustis, will help to better understand the foundations of modern Europe, which are based on three main pillars-civilizations: Judeo-Christian, Greek and Roman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The uniqueness of Mustis is its mystery. Its history goes back to Numidian and Roman times. It is located approx. 12 km from Thugga and approx. 120 km from ancient Carthage. Unlike these two ancient cities, however, the history of the Mustis is still unknown.
