University of Technology received the prize of the Polish Bank Association and the Promyk S\u0142o\u0144ca Foundation. The university was honored for outstanding and innovative technological solutions for people with disabilities.
\nThe initiator of the award is the “Promyk S\u0142o\u0144ca” Foundation, which rewards people, institutions and companies in this way for solutions that use new technologies to support disabled communities. The award was presented during the 13th Congress of Electronic Economy 2018 in Warsaw
\nJerzy Borowiec, a plenipotentiary for disabled people, received the award on behalf of the rector of the Wroc\u0142aw University. – It is a big surprise for us, because we did not know at all that we are being tipped in the competition. We are even more happy that we are rewarded for our normal everyday work for students with disabilities – he said.<\/p>\n
