University of Adam Mickiewicz in Pozna\u0144 turned out to be the best in the second ranking of the 300 Best Polish Employers in the category of “higher education and science”. Last year the university in Pozna\u0144 was the fourth. The list was prepared by the Forbes magazine.<\/b><\/p>\n
The “Poland’s Best Employers 2022” list was based on the same principles as similar rankings in Western Europe or in the American “Forbes”. The survey lasted from September to October 2021, and its basis was based on an extensive analysis, including specialist journals and information provided by industry associations or economic research institutions – a list of approximately 1,800 employers employing at least 250 employees in Poland.<\/span><\/p>\n They were asked for their opinion in seven areas: image and growth, development and prospects, relations between employees and management, pay, working conditions and equipment, sustainable development, workload.<\/span><\/p>\n
