Independent experts of the European Commission appreciated the effective implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct in the process of recruiting new employees.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award is the result of almost three years of efforts and the work of a team of 26 employees of the University. The presence in such an elite group reflects the university&#8217;s commitment to the continuous improvement of the personnel policy, gives great satisfaction and increases the chances of applying for grants in domestic and foreign institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The HR Excellence in Research logo is a prestigious distinction aimed at increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and career development of scientists in the EU.
