{"id":204482,"date":"2021-12-02T18:37:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-02T17:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=204482"},"modified":"2021-12-02T18:37:00","modified_gmt":"2021-12-02T17:37:00","slug":"polish-entities-among-win-the-jpiamr-network-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/polish-entities-among-win-the-jpiamr-network-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"Polish entities among win the JPIAMR network competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Four projects with the participation of five Polish teams were awarded in the\u00a0One Health interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of AMR competition, organized by the\u00a0JPIAMR\u00a0network.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject of the competition was the use of the One Health approach to: understand the impact of an intervention on the development and transmission of antibiotic resistance or the design, implementation, evaluation and comparison of interventions that will have a significant impact on preventing or reducing the development and transmission of antibiotic resistance.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Life Sciences in Wroc\u0142aw is part of the consortium that will implement the project ENVIRE:\u00a0Interventions to control the dynamics of antimicrobial resistance from chickens through the environment.<\/p>\n<p>The National Veterinary Institute &#8211; National Research Institute in Pu\u0142awy is involved in the project ICONIC Ionophore\u00a0Coccidiostats: Ionophore coccidiostats: risk of CO-selectioN of antImicrobial resistance &#8211; Clinical impact and intervention strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation &#8211; National Research Institute in\u00a0Pu\u0142awy is included in the STARS-TAP project.\u00a0Specific Targeting of Antimicrobial Resistant Strains in situ using Targeted-Antibacterial-Plasmids.<\/p>\n<p>The PhageLand project: Phage\u00a0therapy and passive treatment systems as a strategy to prevent dissemination of antibiotic resistance in surface waters will be implemented by a consortium led by the Warsaw University of\u00a0Life Sciences.
