{"id":191553,"date":"2021-08-23T17:58:11","date_gmt":"2021-08-23T15:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=191553"},"modified":"2021-08-23T17:58:11","modified_gmt":"2021-08-23T15:58:11","slug":"bialystok-to-celebrate-the-1st-birthday-of-the-epi-science-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/bialystok-to-celebrate-the-1st-birthday-of-the-epi-science-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Bia\u0142ystok to celebrate the 1st birthday of the Epi-Science Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On the last weekend of August, from\u00a027 to 29 August 2021, Bia\u0142ystok City will celebrate the first birthday of the Epi-Science Center in Bia\u0142ystok.\u00a0Visitors may participate in a number of attractions.\u00a0They will be able to take a close look at amazing astronomical phenomena, develop their own rocket, find out the relation between physics and computer games, and learn about unique robots.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Epi-Center started its activity on August 29, 2020. It is the first such large science center in Eastern Poland. It was established as part of a project co-financed by the European Union, the beneficiary is the City of Bia\u0142ystok, and its implementer &#8211; the Bia\u0142ystok Science and Technology Park.<\/p>\n<p>The Epi-Science Center consists of two\u00a0separate zones: the Main Exhibition and the Little Explorer Zone.<\/p>\n<p>-During the 192 days after the opening of the Center, we hosted over 32,000 people.
