{"id":189584,"date":"2021-08-06T19:38:04","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T17:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=189584"},"modified":"2021-08-06T19:38:04","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T17:38:04","slug":"university-of-warsaw-launched-a-language-and-cultural-course-for-the-belarusian-community-in-warsaw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/university-of-warsaw-launched-a-language-and-cultural-course-for-the-belarusian-community-in-warsaw\/","title":{"rendered":"University of Warsaw launched a language and cultural course for the Belarusian community in Warsaw"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The employees of the Department of Belarusian Studies at the University of Warsaw (UW) in cooperation with the Belarusian Youth Hub Association have developed a &#8220;Language and cultural course for the Belarusian community in Warsaw&#8221;.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program includes learning Polish from scratch, topics related to the realities of life, cultural differences, elements of Polish history, literature, art, politics, as well as sports information.\u00a0The applications for the course should be sent until August 10.<\/p>\n<p>By providing the most important communication skills in Polish language and basic cultural knowledge about Poland and the European Union, the authors of the program want to ease Belarusians to find themselves in the new reality.<\/p>\n<p>The course will start on August 30 with\u00a051 places for participants.
