{"id":186952,"date":"2021-07-16T14:28:40","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T12:28:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=186952"},"modified":"2021-07-16T14:28:40","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T12:28:40","slug":"students-from-the-university-of-warsaw-publish-a-brochure-for-german-tourists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/students-from-the-university-of-warsaw-publish-a-brochure-for-german-tourists\/","title":{"rendered":"Students from the University of Warsaw publish a brochure for German tourists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Students from the Institute of German Studies at the Faculty of Modern Languages \u200b\u200bof the University of Warsaw (UW) have prepared a tourist brochure in German, which has been recommended by the Polish Tourist Organization (POT) in Berlin and will be handed to German tourists in August.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Tarnow Hills Guide folder was created as part of the \u201cPoland and Germany project\u201d for young people. The brochure was prepared by students under the supervision of Dr Gra\u017cyna Strzelecka from the Faculty of Modern Languages \u200b\u200bat the University of Warsaw, who conducts classes in the specialist language of tourism.<\/p>\n<p>Preparing the publication, students\u00a0practiced their language skills\u00a0in\u00a0practice.\u00a0They did not translate the texts but wrote them immediately in German.\u00a0In this way, they learned to use a culturally adequate language.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to publishing the brochure, students also worked on a guide to selected regions,\u00a0which will include alternative tours around Poland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students from the Institute of German Studies at the Faculty of Modern Languages \u200b\u200bof the University of Warsaw (UW) have prepared a tourist brochure in German, which has been recommended by the Polish Tourist Organization (POT) in Berlin and will be handed to German tourists in August.
