{"id":185743,"date":"2021-07-07T16:43:50","date_gmt":"2021-07-07T14:43:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=185743"},"modified":"2021-07-07T16:43:50","modified_gmt":"2021-07-07T14:43:50","slug":"scientists-from-the-university-of-adam-mickiewicz-in-poznan-developed-the-technology-of-sharpening-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/scientists-from-the-university-of-adam-mickiewicz-in-poznan-developed-the-technology-of-sharpening-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientists from the University of\u00a0Adam Mickiewicz in Pozna\u0144 developed the technology of sharpening photos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Scientists from the faculty of physics at the University of\u00a0Adam Mickiewicz developed a new method of imaging, the so-called\u00a0multiplanar imaging.\u00a0It allows the recovery of information (in this case the image) lost by classic cameras or microscopes.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Classic cameras and camcorders record a sharp image of subjects located at a certain distance from the lens.\u00a0This value can be changed, as well as the distance range, i.e.\u00a0&#8220;depth of sharpness&#8221; in which the objects are located.\u00a0When the image is magnified, the depth is always limited.\u00a0As a result, the objects lying at distances smaller and larger than the central object become blurry.<\/p>\n<p>The plane imaging can eliminate this limitation.
