They will be implemented as part of future doctoral dissertations in the discipline of technical computer science and telecommunications.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The cooperation will result in the creation of new, more friendly systems, the so-called &#8220;without paper&#8221; solutions for creating documentation, managing legal acts, and most importantly &#8211; information flow &#8211; says Dr\u00a0Eng.\u00a0Marta Kosior-Kazberuk, Rector\u00a0of the Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology.<\/p>\n<p>The topics of doctorates will be related to research the areas defined on the basis of the project implemented by NASK\u00a0on electronic documentation management in public administration &#8211; EZD RP.<\/p>\n<p>NASK will develop modern products used on a large scale in the Polish administration, and at the same time, scientists from the BUT IT Department will have the opportunity to conduct research on large and real data resources, translating their scientific achievements into a practical solution in the service of the State.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Faculty of Computer Science of the Bialystok University of Technology\u00a0(\u00a0Bialystok University of Technology\u00a0) is planning\u00a0research projects in cooperation with the National Research Institute of NASK, branch in Bialystok.
