The University of\u00a0Adam Mickiewicz in Pozna\u0144 will launch a new study- Game studies.\u00a0The intention of the originators is to gather experts from all of Poland in the capital of Wielkopolska.\u00a0Thus, Pozna\u0144 will become the first academic centre in Poland with a separate course devoted to games.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– If our plans are approved, from October 1, 2021, we will inaugurate a new course within undergraduate studies, called the Game studies- says Prof.\u00a0Wojciech Otto, the University of\u00a0Adam Mickiewicz, director of the Institute of Film, Media and Audiovisual Arts.<\/p>\n

He emphasizes, that this is the first step to implement broader research and teaching vision, which in its final shape will become a research centre, based on cooperation with recognized researchers and companies involved in the production and promotion of games.<\/p>\n
