designed a new method of obtaining lead-free piezoelectric ceramic (BLTF)\u00a0by modifying the structure of a unit\u00a0cell in its crystal lattice.\u00a0The invention has already obtained the patent.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The material with a perovskite structure shows better piezoelectric properties, it is also safe for humans and the environment thanks to the elimination of harmful lead from its composition.\u00a0The authors of solution are Dr Beata Wodecka-Du\u015b, the University of Silesia, Dr Ma\u0142gorzata Adamczyk-Habrajska, the University of Silesia, Dr\u00a0Eng.\u00a0Lucjan Kozielski and Dr\u00a0Dariusz Bochenek, the University of Silesia.<\/p>\n<p>Piezoelectric ceramics are interesting products for the electronics and electrotechnical industries.\u00a0They can be elements of sensors for measuring mass, force or acceleration.\u00a0They generate acoustic and ultrasonic waves and that\u2019s why they can be used in ultrasound, in parking sensors and in audio devices such as speakers.<\/p>\n<p>More at:\u00a0<a
