Rector of the Medical University of Silesia, Prof.\u00a0Tomasz Szczepa\u0144ski and the president of the District Medical Council in Katowice, Dr Tadeusz Urban signed an agreement assuming organization of joint scientific conferences, trainings, courses, as well as promotion of postgraduate education.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The signatories of the agreement will jointly promote a healthy lifestyle and pro-health activities, as well as medical, health and pharmaceutical projects.<\/p>\n

– We have already proved during the project “Covid kills – vaccinate yourself!” that together we can more effectively promote such socially important events as the vaccination campaign.\u00a0The message of the ambassadors of campaigns encouraging vaccination against Covid-19 reached almost a million recipients in social media – says Prof.\u00a0Szczepa\u0144ski.<\/p>\n

In the opinion of the partners, the agreement is a signal for the medical community to promote important initiatives as a joint voice of universities and the medical self-government in order to achieve the intended goals more easily.<\/p>\n
