Project work in cooperation with employers is one of the tasks of the project &#8220;Forges of Competence&#8221; implemented by the Eastern Technology Transfer Center of Bialystok University.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students participating in the projects are provided with practical classes in groups of several people, supervised by practitioners from companies or offices &#8211; informs Dr. Karina Sachpazidu-W\u00f3jcicka, director of the Eastern Technology Transfer Center. Establishing cooperation with local employers allows students to master their practical skills expected by the employers.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the &#8220;Forges of Competence&#8221; projects, the university has already established cooperation with 36 employers. Among them are: Telewizja Polska, Polskie Radio Bia\u0142ystok, Podlaski Voivodship Office, Voivodship Labor Office, Bia\u0142ystok Waterworks, police, and Central Statistical Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Several hundred students of the University of Bialystok learn how to implement turnkey projects in practice.
