They took part in the CanSat 2021 competition presenting their project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project involved measuring the intensity of cosmic rays using a digital Geiger-Mueller counter of own design. The students wanted to observe the decrease in radiation intensity during the flight towards the ground.<\/p>\n<p>CanSat is an international competition of the European Space Agency, which consists in independently constructing mini-satellites by students and conducting scientific research. The mini-satellites fit in a soda can.
