Her task is improving the geochemical method used in palaeontology, based on the analysis of isotopes stable in individual amino acids of bone collagen.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Krajcarz is an archaeozoologist, she deals with palaeoecology and taphonomy of late Pleistocene and Holocene fossil fauna groups. In her research, she combines classical methods of analysis of mammalian remains and biomolecular methods, in particular the analysis of stable isotopes.
