Monika Janaszek \u2013 Ma\u0144kowska, will last 22 months.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the project is to optimize the post-harvest procedure for minikiwi fruit (Actinidia arguta), including the determination of the temperature regime, the development of a prototype of a fruit sorting module in terms of maturity, and the development of an optimal refrigerated storage technology.<\/p>\n<p>The research works assume the development and then validation of algorithms for assessing the degree of ripeness of mini-kiwi fruit, which will result in the creation of a prototype device for automatic sorting with a vision module.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) inaugurated a project &#8220;Development of an optimal post-harvest technology for mini-fruit and construction of a prototype of a non-invasive fruit sorting module (MODOM)&#8221;.
