Prof. Gra\u017cyna Gajewska obtained a grant from the Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine, which will allow her to conduct research on the careers of women working in the departments of mathematics, computer science and physics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The competition in which I took part is about examining the reasons for the low representation of women in science and a slower pace of professional advancement compared to men &#8211; says Prof. Gajewska.<\/p>\n<p>The research is the next part of the project &#8220;When science is a woman&#8221;, implemented since 2018, in which the Poznan university&#8217;s partner is the Chernivtsi National University in Ukraine.
