The Pozna\u0144 scientist intends to investigate how prematurely stopping the &#8220;reading&#8221; of a gene (in scientific language: transcription termination) influences the functioning of normal and cancer cells.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Receiving the EMBO Installation Grant means that my research team is included in the prestigious European network of molecular biologists. It is an ennoblement, but also practical help in the development of skills and contacts of our young research team &#8211; says the researcher.<\/p>\n<p>EMBO is an organization of scientists who promote excellence in life sciences.
