For this purpose, the WUT will receive a subsidy of nearly PLN 39.8 million from European Funds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The funds received will be used to expand the research infrastructure and create a unique research and development center.<\/p>\n<p>Two laboratories will be created as part of the project: a laboratory for aviation and autonomous systems (located at the airport in Sierak\u00f3w near Przasnysz) and a laboratory for materials and sensory technologies (located on the campus of Warsaw University of Technology).<\/p>\n<p>WUT points out that scientific research conducted with the use of laboratory infrastructure created thanks to EU funds will have a positive impact on improving the quality of the natural environment, e.g. by having a positive influence on the development of energy-saving production technologies in many areas of the economy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) is implementing a project called &#8220;Masovian platform of material and sensory technologies and applications in energy conversion and storage, electromobility, aviation and autonomous systems&#8221; worth over PLN 60 million.
