The economics of codified technical knowledge\u201d and Justyna O\u017cegalska-Trybalska (Jagiellonian University) for the work \u201cLimitations of patent protection and patent infringement\u201d in the habilitation thesis category.<\/p>\n<p>In the category of doctoral dissertation, the award was achieved by Mateusz \u017buk (University of Warsaw) for his thesis &#8220;The dependence of trademark protection on its distinctive ability in European Union law&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In the master&#8217;s thesis category, the prize was gained by Micha\u0142 Nita (University of Warsaw) for his thesis &#8220;Protection of a reputable trademark in Chinese and Polish law &#8211; comparative analysis&#8221; and Jakub Wyczik (University of Silesia) for the thesis &#8220;Virtual goods &#8211; civil law aspects&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In the bachelor&#8217;s thesis category, Anna Cielecka, Jagiellonian University received the prize for the work &#8220;The actual use of the European Union trademark &#8211; territorial aspect&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The jury of the 18th competition for the best scientific work on intellectual property, organized by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, selected the winners in the following categories: postdoctoral, doctoral, master&#8217;s and bachelor&#8217;s theses.
