The course is a unique study in Poland and in Central Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is an interdisciplinary field of science that focuses on researching the impact of new technologies, especially computer techniques, on people&#8217;s work and life.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the field of human-computer interaction is to make computers more friendly to humans and to fulfill human needs. It combines technical and humanistic aspects &#8211; e.g. social, sociological, and medical factors. It is beyond the narrow IT specialization; therefore, it is not necessary to have a BA degree in computer science to start studies in this new field &#8211; said Dr Eng.
