It is coordinated by a research group from the University&#8217;s Institute of Physics and will be implemented for 4 years by a European consortium associating 17 scientific institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Project Clean Energy from Hydrogen-Metal Systems aims to investigate the possibility of creating a new cheap, safe and clean source of energy. The project is implemented under the European program Horizon 2020 and the call &#8220;Future and emerging technologies&#8221;, organized in order to finance ground-breaking research projects with a high implementation risk and high development potential for the European economy and society.<\/p>\n<p>The project implementers include Maritime University of Szczecin, University of Uppsala, University of Technology in Turin, University of Siena, Josef Stefan Institute from Slovenia as well as start-ups and commercial companies cooperating with leading scientists from the USA and Canada.<\/p>\n<p>More: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cleanhme.eu\/#home\">http:\/\/www.cleanhme.eu\/#home<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European project Clean Energy from Hydrogen-Metal Systems was launched at the University of Szczecin.
