{"id":145128,"date":"2020-09-10T14:52:58","date_gmt":"2020-09-10T12:52:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=145128"},"modified":"2020-09-10T14:52:58","modified_gmt":"2020-09-10T12:52:58","slug":"lukasiewicz-becomes-the-leader-of-the-european-urban-air-mobility-development-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/lukasiewicz-becomes-the-leader-of-the-european-urban-air-mobility-development-project\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0141ukasiewicz becomes the leader of the European Urban Air Mobility development project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>At the beginning of 2021, the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network started to work on defining recommendations that guarantee universal acceptance, safe use, and sustainable and integrated transport by drones over urbanized areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project &#8220;Acceptance, Safety and Sustainability Recommendations for Efficient Deployment of Urban Air Mobility&#8221; (ASSURED &#8211; AMU) is financed by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 program. \u0141ukasiewicz&#8217;s Research Network will be represented in this project by the \u0141ukasiewicz &#8211; Institute of Aviation.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium led by \u0141ukasiewicz &#8211; ILOT also includes four other European research institutes and three European agglomerations &#8211; Italian Bari, Portuguese Porto and Poland, represented by the Metropolis GZM.<\/p>\n<p>The \u0141ukasiewicz &#8211; Institute of Aviation will take part in the entire process of creating recommendations, while acting as a coordinator of tasks aimed at adequately defining future scenarios for the development of Urban Air Mobility and defining standards and recommendations for the implementation of unmanned operations in urban agglomerations.<\/p>\n<p>Works under the project are scheduled until 2023.
