The project will be implemented by scientists and students from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Gda\u0144sk University.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The detailed goal of the project is to define the preparation of Pomeranian teachers for the challenges of modern education in the context of ensuring the development of Pomeranian school pupils. The project will include surveys among teachers, pupils and parents in randomly selected Pomeranian schools, as well as individual interviews with teachers, parents and students, and focus studies with teachers.<br \/>\nAfter the analysis of the results, an expert panel is planned to develop recommendations in the field of teachers&#8217; support and their professional development.
