The positive decision was a result of his previous achievements and modern topics of doctorate, which will concern the use of deep combinatorial methods in modern statistics and Data Science.<\/p>\n<p>The laureate is pleased that he will be able to conduct research under the supervision of outstanding statisticians from Poland and France. He is planning to develop a new research method and work on the most credibility estimators, i.e. a wise prediction method.<\/p>\n<p>Tomasz Skalski was a scholarship holder at Facultat de Matematiques i Estad\u00edstica, Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and Erasmus +.
