The agreement was signed by the rector of the university, Prof. Jacek Wo\u017any and director of the Center, colonel Miros\u0142aw \u0141ab\u0119cki.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The agreement sets out the principles of cooperation between the University and the Center within the framework of scientific, scientific and research, didactic and expert activities.
