{"id":131694,"date":"2020-06-08T14:22:24","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T12:22:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=131694"},"modified":"2020-06-08T14:22:24","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T12:22:24","slug":"researcher-of-the-university-of-warsaw-receives-marie-sklodowska-curie-actions-grant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/researcher-of-the-university-of-warsaw-receives-marie-sklodowska-curie-actions-grant\/","title":{"rendered":"Researcher of the University of Warsaw receives Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions grant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>An international consortium coordinated by Dr Magdalena Stobi\u0144ska from the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw (UW) received funding under Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions Innovative Training Networks within the Horizon 2020 program.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The EUR 4 million grant will enable the development of research and training of young scientists in the field of photonics applications for quantum communication and calculations.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;AppQInfo &#8211; Applications and Hardware for Photonic Quantum Information Processing&#8221; project, headed by Dr Magdalena Stobi\u0144ska, received funding in the competition Innovative Training Networks, which is part of the Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions (Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions, MSCA) in the Horizon 2020 program.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the competition is to train young researchers as part of a network of international research teams cooperating with the industrial sector.
