Lightweight, silicone band can be put under the helmet of sportsmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The invention measures accelerations influencing the human head and electrical activity of the cerebral cortex. The device consists of accelerometers measuring the accelerations influencing the head as well as pulse sensors, body temperature, blood oxygenation and the acidity of sweat. They use also electrodes to enable electroencephalography &#8211; measuring the electrical activity of the cerebral cortex.<\/p>\n<p>The band will allow sportsmen to track accurate damage and dysfunction in the brain as a result of collisions and falls; it can also help in the work on head protection equipment.
