{"id":126731,"date":"2020-05-06T14:33:56","date_gmt":"2020-05-06T12:33:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=126731"},"modified":"2020-05-06T14:33:56","modified_gmt":"2020-05-06T12:33:56","slug":"scientists-to-examine-policemen-in-mazovia-for-the-frequency-of-sars-cov-2-infections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/scientists-to-examine-policemen-in-mazovia-for-the-frequency-of-sars-cov-2-infections\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientists to examine policemen in Mazovia for the frequency of SARS-CoV-2 infections"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Scientists under the direction of Dr Mariusz Gujski from the Medical University of Warsaw (WUM) will conduct a study on the SARS-CoV-2 infections among policemen in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program has received a positive recommendation from the President of the Medical Research Agency as part of a quick support path for projects aimed at combating COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the first epidemiological study in Central and Eastern Europe regarding the SARS-CoV-2 infections in the group particularly vulnerable to virus infections due to the characteristics of their profession.
