This year in September, the University will receive PLN 2 million. The remaining funds will be transferred to Olsztyn next year. The rector had tried to receive the ministerial support for six years.<\/p>\n<p>The decision of the minister shows the positive character of the reform of higher education.<br \/>\n&#8211; We want to strengthen regional universities.
