In addition, researchers will assess the impact of SARS-Cov-2 antibody levels and the safety and efficacy of therapy in the Polish population.<\/p>\n<p>The project assumes that people who have recovered from COVID-19 have produced virus neutralizing antibodies. Taking plasma from such a person and transfusing them to sick persons struggling with the disease can help them recover faster. The project was selected for funding by the Medical Research Agency- as part of the so-called fast track projects.
