The study group consists of 70 people aged 25 to 62 with visceral obesity. The results indicate the possibility of using this physical method as a support in reducing the effects of insulin resistance.<\/p>\n<p>At the current stage of research, it seems that the most effective procedure is to combine physical effort and cold. However, interestingly, this effect does not occur in all people, but only in part of the society.
