He is an electronics engineer, mayor of \u015awidnica for many years, member of the Sejm of the 8th and 9th terms.<br \/>\nHe has been a member of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network Council.<\/p>\n<p>He was born on December 13, 1957 in \u015awidnica. In 1981 he graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the Wroc\u0142aw University of Technology.
