Original filters are very expensive and their number is very limited.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The question about the possibility of making a connector that would allow the connection of disposable filters to reusable masks was researched by doctors of the 4th Military Clinical Hospital in Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; First, we prepared a prototype made in Fused Filament Fabrication technology. After several conversations with doctors, we optimized the model and adapted it to the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology, which allows the production of connectors from ABS material and ensures productivity at the level of about 200 pieces of connectors for one manufacturing process &#8211; says Dr Eng.
