The material can be modified in a very wide range during the processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Scientists want the filter to be made relatively cheap (like a surgical mask), but just as effective as N95 masks (giving about 95% protection). Creating such a filter will allow to hide it in the pockets of cotton masks sewn by volunteers. Thanks to this, a simple mask will create specialized protection, and thanks to replaceable filters, the masks can serve longer.<\/p>\n<p>Producing filters will be a great support in the combat against the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus.
