The project will be implemented as part of the Municipal Support Program for Higher Education and Science Partnership and the &#8220;Mozart&#8221; Economic Activity Sector.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; We want to create a fast and sensitive diagnostic test &#8211; FishSensor, which detects the most common pathogens in cultures. We are constructing a small, portable device that will bring us the result in a few minutes. The test will be just as reliable as the currently used molecular methods, but much more sensitive, faster and cheaper &#8211; explains Dr Ba\u017can\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<p>A portable laboratory will allow breeders to reduce costs and give the opportunity to apply targeted therapy in a case of emergency.
