All competitors were applied by the research institutes, technical universities, scientific and technical associations as well as innovative companies and laureates of previous editions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr Eng. Agnieszka Sobczak-Kupiec deals in obtaining nanometals, nanosilver and nanogolds. Her research combines material engineering, chemical technology and nanotechnology. She develops biomimetic implant materials, modeled on biological structures and created a synthetic bone substitute with antibacterial properties.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Inventors 2017&#8221; competition was organized by the Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers and the Federation of Scientific and Technical Associations of the Supreme Technical Organization together with the &#8220;Przegl\u0105d Techniczny&#8221; magazine with the support of the Patent Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Eng Agnieszka Sobczak-Kupiec from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at the Cracow University of Technology won the &#8220;Inventor 2017&#8221; competition.
