Arkadiusz Tofil, rector of the PWSZ in Che\u0142m.<\/p>\n<p>He said that work on this serious investments should soon transform into &#8220;the process of preparing technical documentation and starting construction works themselves&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>It is an investment that is to create conditions for the development of medical science education in Che\u0142m.
