The activities of scientists are part of the international project &#8220;RIS Consumer Engagement Labs&#8221; stimulating the emergence of innovation on the agri-food market and financed by EIT Food.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The idea is to develop an innovative product through direct contact of various food market entities with the target group &#8211; people aged 65+. The consortium include Pozna\u0144 university, food producer &#8211; Folwark W\u0105sowo; biotechnology startup &#8211; Cofactor; distributor &#8211; Gminne Sk\u0142ady Sp. z o.o .; non-governmental organization working for the transfer of technology &#8211; Pozna\u0144 Science and Technology Park; University of Warsaw and EIT Food.<\/p>\n<p>EIT Food is part of the European framework of the Knowledge and Innovation Community working throughout Europe to raise the level of innovation in the agri-food sector.
