Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Sektion dieser Organisation ist Division 1 \u2013 Sektion f\u00fcr Arbeitspsychologie und Psychologie der Organisation. Hauptziel dieser Sektion, die Psychologen aus den meisten Staaten der Welt versammelt, ist die Einflussnahme auf die Politikgestaltung der internationalen Organisationen \u2013 der Vereinten Nationen, der Weltgesundheitsorganisation und der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Ko\u017cusznik ist Expertin f\u00fcr Psychologie der Organisation und Management-Psychologie. Sie ist Autorin oder Mitautorin von 16 Monographien und \u00fcber 100 wissenschaftlichen Artikeln \u00fcber solche Themen wie das Leiten, die Verbesserung der Arbeit von Mitarbeitergruppen sowie Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Wirksamkeit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Dr. habil.
